“Squirrels, whose original name was actually: Those who shade themselves with their tails”, and whose name only became a squirrel through a misunderstanding, are lovable little companions that you can meet everywhere.
The squirrel has left its mark on many cultures. There are in Norse mythology Ratatosk, It lives in the world tree Yggdrasil and is dedicated to the thunder god Thor. It can jump back and forth between the worlds.
