How are the masks packaged?
We pack the masks in a safe and environmentally friendly transport envelope. We strive to pack all masks in your order in one envelope - this saves packaging waste.

How do i use that VON TILING Mask (s)?
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you do not constantly (unconsciously) touch your face while wearing the mask.
Your mask should fit snugly, your mouth and nose should be completely covered.
If your mask is damp due to the condensation of the air you breathe, you should change it.
Make sure to wash the mask regularly at at least 60 ° C.
57 ° degrees is the limit for many pathogens -
Viruses and bacteria hate this trick!
Ideally you take powder detergent with a heavy duty detergent. You can also use some disinfectant if you feel more confident with it.
Wearing the mask in no way replaces the basic hygienic rules!
